A bespoke space
The renovation of this apartment, located near Nation in Paris, was articulated around two constraints: a floor area limited to forty square meters, and a column in the living room that could not, for technical reasons, be moved.
During the redistribution fo the spaces, the living room was enlarged to build a library on one side of the column, and a closet for the bedroom on the other side. To optimise the footprint, bespoke furniture in the kitchen and the living room has been prioritized. The wall-mounted television offers a contemporary design and makes it easy to slide a table in.
The remodel, developed by the Sebastien Markoc agency, has been completed by the CPA Concept company.
