Grey, white, plum

Located in the heart of the Ile de la Cité, a stone's throw from the Notre-Dame cathedral, this 45 square meters apartment has been redistributed for greater comfort. Previously a 2 bedroom apartement with two bathrooms, it has been transformed into a spacious two bedroom, bright and airy, with many custom designed storage places. The guest room has given way to an open kitchen / living room area overlooking three large windows. The design of the custom furniture - bookcase, desk, TV stand and console - makes the decoration elements unique, while limiting the loss of space. The materials and paintings were selected in shades of white, gray and plum to create an harmony between the rooms.

The remodel, developed by the Sebastien Markoc agency, has been completed by Eurodécor.

Owner testimony

« Sébastien Markoc has successfully managed the complete reorganization of a small two bedroom apartement within budget and on schedule (3 months - from sketching the plans to delivery). He knew how to be very creative while taking into account our ideas and our constraints, then followed up on the implementation while still paying attention to the smallest details. The choice of the general contractor, recommended by Sébastien Markoc and better than the call for tender, also contributed to the success of the project. »
