Danish style, revisited
In this one bedroom apartment in Paris, the historical decor (terracotta tiles, beams) have been combined with contemporary elements to create a cozy and colorful atmosphere.
The elements of decoration are going against the expected classic danish style : the yellow, usually used for the furniture covers the under-basements of the living room. The black picture rail harmonizes the room and helps makes the different wood styles match: rosewood (TV stand and coffee table) and walnut wood (shelves Cubit, speaker Boite à Concept). The Darwin armchair and light gray wool sofa help create a cozy atmosphere.
In the bathroom, the ceramic washbasin (Imola Ceramica) recalls the veins of the wood, while creating a mineral and warm atmostphere
The remodel, developed by the Sebastien Markoc agency, has been completed by Ab Rénovation.
