The color palette from Flamant (gray-green, oak on the floor, and white) can also be found in the credence, the curtains, the carpet, as well as in some decorative elements. The waxed concrete style of the shower accentuates the urban atmosphere of the apartment.

The decorative elements and brass "House Doctor" lighting fixtures, generously reflecting the natural light of each room with gentleness give warmth to the apartment. The headboard, made from upcylced railway material, emphasizes the industrial style of the apartment.

The remodel, developed by the Sebastien Markoc agency, has been completed by Reflex.
