Grand Boulevard

Chic and refined

Wood, stone, metal and felted fabrics shaped the theme of this exceptional 190 square meters loft, which has been fully furnished and decorated. The industrial style has been mixed with raw materials, as an invitation to the patio and rooftop terrace.

The living room has been organized around a white marble Mera coffee table (B & B Italia) and is composed of a sofa and a meridien daybed Mister, designed by Phiiippe Starck, as well as two Utrecht armchairs made of felted blue wool (Cassina). In the kitchen, the worktop in Granite Zimbabwe has been custom designed. It also has a removable part that can be used as a table. The mezzanine space has been designed as an extra room - thanks to the sofa bed Wall Sofa Bed (Living Divani) - and as a relaxation area that can, as soon as the curtains drawn, be transformed into a projection room. On the roof terrace, an interior sofa has been reworked and re-fitted into an outdoor modular sofa.

The furniture and the outdoor couch were designed by the Sebastien Markoc agency.

Owner testimony

« Sebastien assisted me in decorating my loft. He put ideas forward for each element of decoration: sofas, armchairs, chairs, lighting, carpets...ideas in line with my desires and my tastes. He was extremely patient and each time offered me a wide range of products to find the one that could match perfectly my expectations. He also ensured a rigorous follow-up of all orders. »
