Levallois Perret

Bright and sophisticated, this 70 square meters apartment in Levallois-Perret, Paris, has been completely renovated. For added convenience, the spaces have been redistributed to create a larger and more inviting lounge / dining area

The walnut floor is harmoniously contrasted by the off-white walls from "Farrow & Ball", allowing the natural light to embrace the living room. The colors, glazed brown and gray, introduced in light touches in all the rooms of the apartment, conveys a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

The bespoke library, was designed for its discreet aesthetics as well as for its practical side. The open side gives lightness to the furniture, while the closed side is composed of large storage units.

The remodel, developed by the Sebastien Markoc agency, has been completed by Kermarec and Kerwoods.

Owner testimony

« Sébastien was in charge of the entire renovation and completely renovated our 72 m2 parisian home. The collaboration was very pleasant and Sébastien's layout ideas, choice of colors, materials, and furniture really seduced us. The end result is exactly what we hoped for: a pleasant apartment to live in and aesthetics that work well together. »
